How can I fix my iPad Air 2, it is caught in loop after updating to 8.3?

iPad Air 2 "caught in loop" after updating to 8.3

It says that the software was updated but after asking for Apple ID and Find My iPad and "GET STARTED", the next screen is the Apple logo with the loading bar then asking for my Apple ID again. I was able to connect to iTunes on my Mac and made a full recovery. It downloaded 1.89 gb, installed that and then reinstalled all my files. Then it went through the setup again - but I'm still stuck in the loop! It's like the recovery never happened. HELP!

I wiped it and started over as a new iPad. Problem solved!
