How can I fix conflicting email on my iCloud account?

Cannot retreive the password in my icloud settings on the iphone 4. The retrieval email goes to another email with its own password so naturally the passwords are different.

The "reset" email should just contain a link to allow you to reset your iCloud password. The only problem that I see would be if you don't recall the password to the "recovery email account" so that you cannot read the reset email. If that's the case, this sounds like a "set up" of some sort.
