How can I erase/reset my iPhone without an Internet connection?

i need to reset my phone and erase all my content to be able to sell it. Although it says i need internet connection but since its not activated anymore i cant connect. Please help!

Go to settings general reset then erase all content and settings
You don't need Internet connection to achieve that.
Note: do not to sien that road if tour 4s os jailbroken. Instead, you will need to download the latest IPSW which is iOS 8.3 today and use iTunes to factory restore your 4s
