The phone was working fine. Then the phone went to vibration mode. Even when volume is adjusted, I can't get it to ring.

Welcome to iMore! Have you checked the silent/ring switch on the left side of the device? Try switching it. You might want to try a hard reset as well. Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.
