How can I contact the Kindle people regarding font issues?

I have a book with Japanese characters, but the iPad app for Kindle changes them to a Chinese font. I don't want to embed an entire font (they are huge) but is there no way to ask the Kindle people who post the book to fix this bug? I don't know how to reach anyone.
