How can i contact icloud locked iphone owner

i am a taxi driver and one of my customers left his iphone in my car and it is icloud locked and i couldn't get him, any idea how i can contact him or get his email address or something?

Assuming you're telling the truth and not trying to scam someone, hand it in to the Police.

Press and hold the Home button to see if Siri will activate.
Then ask Siri "Who owns you?".
If the owner has placed his/her contact information in the contact card, Siri will possibly provide contact information.

Thanks for this, I didn't know you could do that. I have now set it up so if I lost my phone and an honest person found it Siri will give them my name and my husband's phone number. Of course it would have to be an honest person, lol. But I think most folks are.......hopefully.
