You need to talk to the person you bought the device from. If you have already restored it and it is activation locked all you will see is a few letters from the Apple ID.

If you have the original invoice showing you are the owner you can contact Apple and they will unlock it. But the receipt has to have your name and match to the IMEI/SN of the device.
