How can I configure my Keyboard Shortcut phrases?

Keyboard "Shortcut" phrases

I have tried reading, deleting a shortcut phrase such as (oh to display O/H) every possible way but it keeps coming back. I've tried erasing on both my iPad and iPhone but it keeps coming back. Help

When does it keep coming back? During a restore, after a reboot, after going back into the settings or what? Anyway, I've just deleted one that I can do without and I'll see if it returns in its own.

This is a known issue by many. I had this problem earlier this year. There is a solution on an Apple Discussion thread online. I'll look. But I had to restore my phone as new to get it to delete shortcuts. There may not be another way.

It's been a little over 2 hours and the keyboard shortcut I deleted is still deleted...

It only affects some users. Not even most. It's frustrating when they don't stay gone. I could delete them, but when I did a reset, they reappeared. I needed them to stay gone because they were mucking up my keyboard use. A restore was the only way.
