How can I change the name used when calling someone on my IPhone6s

When I make a call to anyone my name does not show that I am the caller. It shows another name. How can I change this on my IPhone6s.

1. Get with your service provider to have them make the necessary changes.
2. Have the recipients of your phone call edit their contact list to display "your" name.
