How can I authorize my PC for iTunes?

i can't authorize my PC for itunes

My new PC has itunes but I can't authorize my computer on it. None of the online tutorials are the same as mine. I have no menu bar which means I have no "store" option to simply click to authorize my computer. It is very frustrating...

Try hitting/holding alt. That will normally unhide the menu bar, so that you can click on store and then authorize.
