How can I add an image from my iCloud photos with Pages on Windows?

My icloud photos with Pages on Windows

have ipad iphone but use a PC Windows as computer...great that my pages documents and photos show on my computer in icloud...but when I'm working on something in Pages...how can I add an image from my icloud photos? So far I have to stop and do it from my iPad..then go back to my computer!?
Any advise?
