Hello everybody im having a problem with a iphone5c i bought on ebay , its a iphone that is in factory condition and never been activated in the carrier who belongs to.

I wanted to unlock it for an portuguese carrier, but first i have to activate the equipment, is there any way to activate the iphone here in Portugal with a h20 usa sim, to be possible to unlokit later

Maybe, but I can't tell you how. Your best bet is to get with AT&T, explain your situation to them and ask that they unlock it for you.
