With the news of apple purchasing the company HopStop, I wonder if it will be included in iOS7.

I still miss native transit support. I'm thrilled to see apple is amending this problem.

Whether it will be ready for september-october or won't be ready till next year, is still up in the air, but at least we know they're gonna fix it.

I've seen a few commenters on several sites, even this one responding to the news of this purchase by apple, with something to the effect of "too late! apple shouldn't taken transit off in the first place!"

well yeah apple shouldn't have, but they did.

now what? seems to me there are only two choices. close up shop, or fix it. apple is choosing to fix it. what's the problem? LOL

Speaking for me I didn't like apple taking transit directions away, but I'm thrilled they're bringing it back. Good on them, making things right. thats all you can do when you screw up.

If the enhancements are not available at launch, I'm sure we'll see them eventually.
