Home videos & downloaded films

Pardon my lack of expertise with this thread. I have experimented with a 2-minute home video. I have copied it to my iTunes Movies library. I can't see the file in the native Music or Video apps on my iPhone. Might anyone out assist me?

You still have to sync it to your phone

Yep. Still have to sync. I haven't found a way, and don't think one exists, to copy your own DVD's into iTunes and have them accessible through iTunes in the cloud. It works for music you own with iTunes match, but haven't seen it for movies. If someone has found a way, please share.

I understand that syncing is required. This was accomplished. Where will the file show up - Music, Video, or another app?

Should show up in Movies/Videos app. I think there is a Home Video tab within the movies app.
