Home sharing

Not sure if this belongs here, or in the syncing forum.

So how do I use homesharing?

I have activated it on two computers, so in THEORY I should be able to see the library from one computer on the next...right?

I assume both computers need to have iTunes open. Do they both need to be on the same network (can I share from my computer at home to my computer at work?). Do the computers need to be able to see each other on the network, or do they just connect via iTunes?

Home sharing is pretty cool, but I want to make sure I use it correctly!

The computers must be on the same network, Home Sharing works accross your LAN. I've setup it at home yesterday and it works like a charm!
