They began testing this change way before BlackBerry 10 was around. They adopted this new platform months ago and it's just now being implemented fully.

BlackBerry has, in the past 4-6 months of dealing with companies about BB10, regained a majority of enterprise contracts they lost and also gained lots of new contracts.

BlackBerry is definitely dead with US consumers, but they will survive on corporate accounts. Also, they are ruling in the smaller countries and Canada.

Also notice they are going for the iPhone 4S, not the 5. What's wrong with the 5? Perhaps they've been doing this analysis for over a year now, long before the iP5 and BB10 were on the market. Its tough to keep up to current times when your company is too large to make intelligent decisions.

Financially, it makes more sense for them since they can get the 4S at a substantially cheaper rate than the iPhone 5 when ordering for fleet use (as they did with the department of homeland security last year for FPS officers).

They should be happy they got the 4s. My company in October have us iphone4's. If that's not bad enough they're on sprint. This phone is a slug!

Back onto he original topic. Lots of companies are adopting ios because they can make and manage their own apps. That was the main reason for my company going with iPhones. Plus with all the companies apps in the app store for consumers we can now show customers what apps can do as long as we are in a decent coverage area. Again with sprint that's a stretch. Lol
