iMore Question
Hi I am trying to do a clean install of High Sierra
I have created a bootable usb for the install and gone through the initial boot sequence at start up to select the usb stick etc but every time it gets to this install OS X screen where you choose install or disk utility etc instead of bringing that screen up it keeps bringing a picture of my mouse and keyboard up as if they are not turned on but they are and I can’t bypass this or progress further and have tried turning both on and off again but not success
Is this a common issue with High Sierra clean install or is there something I need to do ?
Any advice and help ?
Thanks
Jon
