is ther a way to transfer ipod songs to iphone through itunes? Also, is it possible to save movies on the iphone? A newbie begs some help!

Just put the songs you want into a playlist and connect iPhone and sync that playlist and select with movies you want to sync.

No you have to use iTunes to sync movies to iPhone.
You find a converter and convert it to iTunes format though.
