If I do a iphone restore does it remove everything, and if so how can I get it back?

If you restore you can put a backup onto your iPhone.

hi you can get things back by restoring it from backup it asks you after to restore as a new device or from backup you should get it all back when you restore from backup! every now and again it will back up your iphone when you sync with itunes.
