HELP WITH IOS 7 Updating

Alright so here is what I got myself into. I had already updated to IOS 7 and decided last night that I was done with it. So I downgraded to IOS 6.1.3. However, what I didn't know was that I could not use an iOS 7 back up on an iOS 6 firmware. So in order to save all my stuff, I decided to go back to iOS 7. Problem is, I keep getting "Unknown error 3194". Please help me fix this..

What do you mean it won't? I did it last night and I had updated about a month or so ago to iOS 7.

I tried that kch50428, thank you though. I don't have any Anti Virus and my firewall is allowing ITunes to pass it. I tried using my friends laptop a few minutes ago to no avail..

Download it from your developer portal. Apple is taking the opportunity since not releasing beta 4 to crack down on unauthorized installs of iOS 7.

I have it downloaded, it just will not update. I keep getting the same error.. Unless you guys know of a way to extract all my files from the backup?

Double check to make sure device is registered and try dfu mode and install ios 7
