Help: Syncing with itunes 9.1

I bought a used jailbroken/unlocked iphone 3g. The previous owner left numerous apps. I am having problems syncing with my itunes library because the phone library does not match.

How can I sync with itunes on my computer without having to erase all apps on the phone?

You can't. They're not your apps. Once you sync to your iTunes, you can put your own apps on your iPhone.

What Alli said. Those apps belong to another iTunes account which somebody else owns. Any further discussion on how to get around this will probably be considered piracy talk by the mods. That will get you banned from this forum.

Ok, I figured out what I needed to do.
