My iPhone is locked I tried to get 3.0 software and now I cannot use I need a dev account can anyone help me?

It's pretty well known that if you are not a developer that you should not install a 3.0 beta because, well you'd get locked out of your phone. You can try downgrading back to 2.2.1 with this link right here. Good luck.
