I have been agonizing for the last two days trying to find the perfect case for my new 4S. I have been looking for something that is sleek, elegant and does not interfere with the form of the phone too much. At the same time, I need it to cover the edges of the phone.

I originally ordered a casemate barely there and though I was happy with how minimal it is, I just can't help but fear that I'm going to scrape the top and bottom edges to hell within minutes.

It seems like all of the smaller cases have designs that expose the edges and all of the more protective cases look like hockey pucks. I need to find a happy medium before Friday. I am willing to spend up to $50.

Thanks!

The OtterBox Commuter series case works well for me on my iPhone 4. Its not too bulky and protects it well. It even comes with a screen protector.

Incipio makes good cases and their feather line of cases are thin and protect the vital areas (corners). You can order them from their site with free shipping or pick them up at your local electronics stores which are listed on their site for around twenty bucks.
