Help...MAJOR DILEMA

Is anyone know what is this problem???I have been stuck at this for 2 week . I can't controll the volume but some how the Arlam,Someone calling and the reminder still working fine.when i put on my headphone the trouble dissapear.But when i unplug the headphones this problem appear.....I'm using iphone 3gs ios6.1.6 newbootroom

Does this problem still occur when you reboot into Safe Mode?

yes i boot to safe mode and the problem still there

Turn off your phone, then hold down the volume up button while powering it on. Keep the volume up button held down until the springboard loads.

I think the actual volume button is stuck inside. You might need a hardware repair to fix this.

Actually if the volume button is stuck .The volume bar will appear

Oh....I found out a solution by simply delete the system/library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.iapd.plist
AND IT'S WORKS
