HELP!! Jailbreak IOS 7.1.2 Pangu

I'm trying to jailbreak my iPhone 5s and Pangu doesn't seem to recognize my phone. The jailbreak button is grayed out. I've tried on two different windows computers. Help! Any suggestions?

Does this work for the iPhone 4? I was was running 6.1.3 but a few people on here recommended me to just update to 7.1.2 and jailbreak. So I have and I have been trying, but when I go to jailbreak using this same jailbreak tool, it'll get about 80% done and then restart. It'll prompt me to "click jailbreak button to start." It's happened about three times now.

On the plus side, with a little tweaking, iOS 7 is running much better on this 4 than I thought it was going to

Perhaps the sync Cable is not good or the USB port is having issues. Look into those.
