[help] iPhone doesn't receive calls (since I have MacBook)

Hi, I'm having a problem with my iPhone. Since I had my MacBook Pro (last month) my iPhone doesn't work properly.
My friends call me, and they hear the message like if my phone was turned off, others hear I'm busy. So the phone doesn't ring...
This doesn't happen all the time, but happens everyday...

I don't know if it's something with the Macbook, since I activated SMS forward (and calls) with my MacBook.
I really would like to solve this... someone can help?

As a test, turn off the forwarding, restart ALL devices. Then test calls and see what happens...

Today happened with the MacBook closed ( not shutdown. Just suspended).

I can't Test immediately because it doesn't happen all the time
