Where are there authorized help for iphones?

Are you on a official carrier of the iPhone in Moscow? If so you'd want to contact them. If your device is unlocked obviously that will not work. What seems to be your issue?

You go to the authorized service location for where you bought the phone from

if it was imported you go to that country.

There's two carriers selling it in Russia so if it is local you have to tell where you bought it from.
