I bought the i phone 5s over the internet. I didn't get a book about the phone. So for me it is to just try and try again. How can i get a book on the phone? I am trying to make a business call. When asked to put in numbers, the recording says didn't they didn't get it. I have tried to do this several times. When asked: press 1 for english, 2 for spanish. They tell me they didn't get it. What is wrong?

You can find the Apple manuals for your phone and iOS here. When you initially make a call it will hide your phone keypad. All you have to do is unhide the keypad.
