Help...cannot get passed error 21 on Ipad4

Hello,
I have a non-jailbroken Ipad 4 and was trying to sync and also do an update and something happened. Tried to recover it but keep getting error 21.
Please help!

According to the information via the Apple Support site, you should try to restore your device again. I recommend that you put your device in DFU mode, connect it to iTunes and then when iTunes discover that your device in in recovery, select to restore and update it. Afterwards, set the device up as new and not from a backup.
