Help attaching photos/videos to forums

Hey guys, so I use my iPod touch 4th gen for everything, but I can't seem to get a grasp on how to add my pics taken with the iPod to forums that I use alot. Now it seems that this should be possible considering thers an option to upload vids to YouTube.
So if someone can explain how to attach pics I wud greatly appreciate it, I'm growing more and more frustrated every day by what should be a simple task, thanks alot guys!

To attach pictures directly from your iPhone you'd need to use the app Tapatalk with an enabled forum (like TiPb). Otherwise, you need to upload the photo to a photo sharing site (fotopic, picasa, flickr, etc.) and copy the url to the forum.
