HELP: 1.1.4 upgrade and Jailbreak

I'm a noob not know much about iphone mods. My iPhone was unlocked and has version 1.1.4. I want to upgrade and jailbreak the phone in order to install Cydia, how can i do this?

If you are using a Mac, then use the Pwnage tool by the Dev Team to upgrade and unlock.

I'm using windows XP. where can I find a program?
