Health App

My health app has stopped working. I have 3 apps set up to write to it and none of them are writing to it now. I also had 6 "cards" set up to display on the dashboard and they do not do that either now. 3 different "cards" have now taken there place and if I set it up like I want it will revert back to this set up in a few hours. If anyone has seen this or can explain it please help. Thanks!

Which software version are you running and has this happened after an update?
