HD Movies and TV on iPhone 4

When you download HD movies and TV in iTunes, do you get a better copy on your iPhone 4 with the new screen and resolution? Or do you just get the same standard res version you got on the 3GS?

HD, unless you select option for the SD version in itunes.

Definitely HD, and it looks great.

Yea there is a definitely a difference in quality. Get HD Vid when possible.
