Having trouble getting ios13

So I had wiped my iPad Pro 10.5 to give to parents but we ended up getting the something else. I had the ios12 beta on it. When I restored it loaded with the beta again and said there was a new update, 12.4.1. Wanting ios13 Official release, I removed and deleted the profile and rebooted. But it still only showed the 12.4.1 update and the profile section is now missing. Only option was to install it so I did hoping then I could remove the profile again or I’d get an ios13 update prompt. But no. Still on 12.4.1, no profile section in general settings, and no update available. I’d prefer to fix this without using iTunes. Or even get on the 13 beta if possible.

It isn’t available for iPad. iPadOS should be released later today.

Yeah I just discovered that. Lol. What are the odds I’d randomly decide to restore my iPad on the day the new iPad OS is released. I thought it was out already. Thank you!
