Having problems with Iphone 6

Experience poor audibility when callers contact me at home, breaking up etc. Have switched WiFiCall on. Mobile constantly says safari not responding when trying to connect to internet from home. Message briefly displaced - your phone recently experienced a power surge?? A recent update from iphone5s to 6 - not happy with performance or EE. Any advice please?

The problem may not be with the device, but with your wireless carrier. In addition, if you've gotten a message stating that your phone experienced a power surge then something could have gotten damaged. Either make a genius bar appointment and have Apple check it out for you or make preparations to get a new iPhone.

You can also try resetting the network settings.

Have you set up your home wifi for voice calling? You may read that you don't have to set anything up or open any ports, but that's not always the case. I had to make some changes to my Asus routers at home to allow wifi calling to work without any issues.
