Have you wanted to change the color of your iPhone after a while?

I have had my iPhone SE for a year and almost 2 months now. I got the rose gold because it was/is unique for the smallest iPhone around but I have thought about changing it to silver, especially since the storage bump was announced.

I don't need the upgraded storage but that would be nice to have. I'm wondering if anyone else has thought about changing the color of their iPhone to another one...or if I'm just weird in wanting to do that?

I can’t say that I have. I mean, once I’ve made the decision on the color of iPhone I want, typically black or space gray, that’s the end of it.

That makes sense considering that the only iPhone with the black face before the iPhone 7/7 Plus was that one.

As long as the front is black, I really don't care what color the back is.

I have a gold 7 Plus and recently I felt the itch for a rose gold phone so instead I got a rose gold case which satisfied my want. I won't pay for another phone in a different color so a different case color will suit my fancy plus it's much cheaper too. So no you're not weird in wanting to change the color of your phone

That makes me feel better haha. At least in your case, the ring is still in the gold family. I went from rose gold to silver, with no regrets so far.

Edit: I spoke too soon, I chose to return it yesterday. I'm not going to say that I wouldn't do it again but I didn't want to have a midcycle regret.

I haven't changed the color of my iPhone mid-cycle but I bought my first iPhone with a black faceplate when I got my 7 Plus. Before then I always had silver iPhones either by choice or because the space gray version was sold out before I could preorder. I'm really happy I made the switch.
