Have iTunes 12.2.1.16. The for you and new do not play on Win7 machine, why?

Have Itunes 12.2.1.16. The "for you" and "new" do not play on win7 machine

It may or may not mean anything.............have icloud music turned off. Library and itunes install for iphone sync on laptop. win 7 32 bit. that itunes install doesn't even show for you and new.

64 bit win 7 Desktop with same version installed shows the above but when playlist is launched, it hangs. nothing happens.
