Has the iTunes Match song limit increased to 100,000

Around the end of June various sites quoted Eddy Cue saying that when iOS 9 came out the match song limit would quadruple. Anyone know what happened as it does not seem to have changed

Just got off the phone with apple...as of today 9/20/15...itunes match HAS NOT increased their limit to 100K...the senior rep there had no idea when it would happen,,,so...so much for the supposed increase to 100k w the ios 9 update...if anyone has any truthful info re. the increase i would like to hear it...
