Has anyone had the text wrap not working in Contact Notes?

My text is not wrapping in the notes section of my Contacts. This is happening
on both of my iPhone7 phones and my iPad.

I'm running iOS 10.3 beta and can confirm this is happening in the notes section of any contact.

I'll submit this as a possible bug.

The first line appears to be the only one that's affected.

All lines under the notes in my contacts will not text wrap on both of my iPhone 7 phones and my iPad.
It works fine on my Mac desktop though.
