I have the LG G Watch, and multiple people have stopped and asked me if it was the Apple watch. Most of them didn't know anything about smart watches, and seemed interested in knowing more about smart watches.

I have a Moto360 so no, BUT I do get people or used to get people who would mistake my OnePlus One for the new iPhone. I have since moved on to a Note 4 which rarely gets mistaken and a Passport which can NEVER be mistaken for a new iPhone.
I am a teacher and the kids ask me all the time if my nike watch is "one of those smart watches?" and often if its an apple watch.
Haha, not surprising.
I just laugh and say nope, it's just a nike+ watch.

How do they respond? When you let them know it isn't an Apple watch?
Yeah that's true. Probably the non tech savvy who confuse other watches for the Apple watch. In the fall, the non-tech-savvy people who heard about an Apple Watch would ask if my Pebble was the Apple Watch.
