Gyroscope Calibration

Is there an App to check out how accurate your gyroscopes are. It seems like mine lean to the left (from playing Doodle Jump) and sometimes when I want to flip the keyboard it doesn't respond great.

I don't know if doodle jump is using the gyro yet, sounds like your accelerometer is being wonky. Have you tried resetting your iPhone?

how do you reset your phone? does this require that I erase any data?

No, hold down the sleep/wake button on top and the home button for ~10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
