GTA:CTW is insane.

I own this game for my DS, as well as now for my iPhone. After 2 hours of gameplay, I'm crazy impressed by the quality and gameplay. Unreal. Take into fact, I paid like $30 for the DS version, for $9 you really can't beat it.

The best iPhone game to date! PERIOD

ok so i bought it last nite and its a great game...alot of fun! Its kinda hard to control it when driving but overall, one of the best games ever made for the iPhone!!

Rockstar hit it out the park with the iPhone version. Deleted gangter right after checking it out.

Okay so now after about 7 total hours of gameplay!(Thanks restless sleep and boring day of work), I can now say that this game is unreal for something on a phone. I too was iffy on the driving controls, but that ironed out after some of the gameplay.

Free roam is fun as hell! This game for 9.99 has tons of replay value. I mean had Rockstar charged $20 for it I still would've bit on it. It lies quality wise reight in the middle of the DS and PSP Versions. I'm on a 3G and runs smooth. Only bummer is the screen wont rotate and my headphone cord is in the way! arghhh but thats not their fault.

What a quality game, Im thrown back by the quality

Glad to here this runs well on a 3G. I was a bit sceptical at first. I don't buy a lot of apps but I can't pass up GTA...especially if it's as good as everyone says. Thanks for the info, touchyphone.

It's just a real great game. When I play it, I always forget I'm on my phone. So fun. Hard to put down at times. Before GTA:CTW I was hooked on COD Zombies, and NOVA. Now I barely open those apps. GTA has all my attention. Though Doodle Jump is still played on the regular.

I would like to know the cheats to this game, I know if U spell out B#tch on tha board and exit, your get a $$$ bonus like $50 or $100 can't remember!

Also I don't own a iPhone, but I do have a 2g iTOUCH, and it seems to work WELL!!!
Also tha screen rotates on my iTOUCH!

Dont use cheats just play the game. Cheating a game is like cheating life. Just play let it work itself out.

Security Cameras?? How to destroy?

I've been loving CTW on the iPad and I'm agonizing over how to destroy those security cameras . . . I culled that you need to use a molotov or grenade but I can't select these weapons in my weapon selection menu when I need to. I can obtain a molotov and grenade but just can't use them.

Does a particular mission unlock them to use?

Also, what are those swirly fairy things all over the city?

You select the grenade or molotov and then drag from the character depending on where you want it to land.

The swirly things are part of an end game side mission...I don't want to spoil it but I'd say mark down where you see them on the map...

Thanks for the info on the swirly things - and thanks for not spoiling.

When I go to my weapons menu, I cannot choose the grenade. I tap on it and nothing happens. There was only one time where I was able to use them and it was a mission involving molotovs. Since then, I can't use anything in that weapons spot.

Any other suggestions for that problem?

Oops, I haven't played in a while! What I should have said was that you don't need to select it. As long as you have it in your inventory then you should be able to just drag from your character and a green aim line should appear.
