Google Voice Search

Hi, just joined. First post is that Google Mobile that I just downloaded from iStore has Voice Search in the upper right hand corner of the opening screen. It was supposed to arrive to iStore friday but it is here now - and it works.

Delete it off your iPhone and then re-download it. That will work.

From some of the other blogs; some recommend deleting the previous version off the iPhone and download the new version. Other, state just download it as an update. In my case, I had never bothered downloading Google mobile and decided to tonight just to see if they had added voice search and they had. It has not yet been advertised on iTunes

And this one works on the iPod touch too... as long as you have an active Wi-Fi connection, your wish is Google's command... LOL

I just updated my google mobile app from the app store via the update button. Did not have to reinstall anything.

i tried on a colleague's iPhone and its superb... but you will need to make sure that you speak very clearly into the phone. we got 3 out of about 5 searches correct during the trial...

As I said elsewhere, this app. is one of the most amazing things I've ever seen an electronic device do.

And it's not creepy or scary AT ALL...

works really well for me..i just wish they would have added voice serach for contacts. that's what i need
