Google Photos in Google Drive

I recently read many articles stating I could see my Google Plus Photos in Google Drive.

So I went to the Drive app, click photos, and there is an option to view Google Plus photos in Google Drive but the slider option to turn on is greyed out - I can switch it on

Any one else have this issue or a fix??
