Google Latitude, is way from my position.

I have tried both Instamap and Google latitude. And Instamap gives me spot on gps location while the Google thingie get me like 600 meters away from my current position. Why is that? They are using the same maps. And for the second, Google latitude don't ask about to get to use Location services any more. It did the first time I used it.

Any idear, whats wrong?
