goes straight to voicemail,no ring tone no vibrate. but everything is set up right?

when i call my cell # it doesn't display the # and no vibrate> but it seems to be too be fine on my settings

Have you contacted your cell provider to see if the issue is on there end

In the mean time do a Hard Reset of your device by holding the power and home button down at the same time till you see the  logo

I had this and the Sprint Tech told me to open phone and on the keypad to put ##873283# and hit talk. It will run a test and tell you ok. It solved my problem.

Shift+option+k on a Mac will give you .
