Ghost emails

From day one my 6s shows the wrong new mail count almost like ghost emails. I have tried everything including removing account and adding it back with no luck. It's an outlook account and there is no unread emails on the server anyone else have this issue or a fix.

If you're using the native Mail app, go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars - Outlook, then disable the toggle next to "Mail". After about 30 seconds, re-enable the toggle.

Tried that a few times still showing 5 new emails

I've seen something like that where it shows I have 1 or 2 emails in a folder or flagged or whatever, it usually goes away on its own. I think the numbers sometimes just get stuck.
