Getting photos into iCloud

I have my photos in Google Drive. How do I get them into iCloud? I have a lot.

You could download all of the photos from Google Drive onto your iPhone, and then sync your phone with iCloud. Problem solved.

You need to keep up....iCloud backups can be encrypted.

Two step authentication can be turned on.
