Apparently they'll count the page hit even if it's from a cat using the blog comment section as a litter box...

How can anyone be surprised of the comments anymore now that there are pretentious blog posts about how much some guy is willing to spend on a gold watch by Apple? It screams "CLICK ME!" It's getting cheap heat now.
