front focusing 7 Plus facetime camera

Hi guys,
was wondering if any of you had the same issue with their front facing camera on the 7 or 7 Plus: mine doesn't nail focus lately, all shots show severe front focusing issues, that is on most if not all of my selfies my face is not in focus, but my arm/shoulder in the lower corner of the image is. This never happened to me on my iPhone 6.

I know it's not a 7Plus however my wife had this exact same problem with her 6s. We took it to Apple, told us there was a manufacturing defect with camera placement and they replaced the phone for us same day.
